WYWH FAQ

Here you will hopefully find the answers to any questions you may have regarding WYWH prints and products, postage and packaging, delivery times etc. If there is anything else you would like to know then please do feel free to contact Fiona at fiona@bentheillustrator.com, we'd love to hear from you!

How are the WYWH prints printed?

All WYWH prints are printed using a digital inkjet printer with 8 archival inks. Printed on a high-quality fine art paper so they are essentially what is called a giclee print. This basically means that your super special print will give you many, many years of enjoyment and escapism!

How will my print be packaged?

Your print will be carefully rolled and wrapped in recycled acid-free tissue paper and sent to you in a recycled heavy-duty cardboard postal tube. If your order has been damaged in any shape or form please do not hesitate to contact us.

How long until I recieve my order?

We send all of our items safely by recorded/signed delivery. We endeavour to send all orders within 3-4 working days. Postage takes approximately 1-2 days in the UK and up to a week for international orders. If there is any delay in these times we will be sure to contact you, we will also email you a postal tracking number, giving you the opportunity to follow up the delivery status on your order online, at any time.

Can you send my print framed?

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering to frame prints, although it is something we are looking to do in the future so stay tuned.

Are the prints limited edition?

No, we would like the whole world to share and enjoy the artwork, therefore each of these prints is on an open-ended run. All prints are hand-signed by Ben the Illustrator.

Can I commission a special one-off print for myself or as a gift?

Absolutely, in fact it is something we love to do! Obviously a price will need to be negotiated depending on your requirements, so simply get in touch with Fiona at fiona@bentheillustrator.com to discuss the options.
